"We have always used HD sealcoating to resurface and seal our driveway with great results. This last time we had it done in August, 2018, but felt a couple of spots could be improved. Some of the patching on larger cracks had sunk after the crew had left, due to the hot weather and not because of their work. When I called to report my concern, the office person was friendly, responsive and immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment to touch up the areas of concern. They showed up on time; the lead worker was friendly, courteous and helpful; and they did even more than I expected, repatching all of the cracks, not just the ones I was concerned about.
